Great two days at the Shopper Marketing Forum

We’re back at the office today after spending 2 days at the Canadian Shopper Marketing Forum, the event was fantastic. There were some really thought provoking discussions around today’s challenges for marketers:

  • Are we solving shopper’s problems or just pushing the brand?
  • How do our customers behave as shoppers?
  • How can we leverage retail loyalty/customer programs?

Addressing a number of these challenges is our new Retail Partner Program, which now integrates shopper’s profiles through the intelligent|view analytical program. We’ve been really excited about the value to marketers’ and were thrilled with the feedback and promotion we received from some very senior industry execs.

One of the key discussions at the event was the real challenge of the gap between retailers and manufactures when it comes to knowledge of shoppers’ behavior. During his talk on customer loyalty, SVP Head of International Client Leadership Dunnhumby UK, named CiG and it’s intelligent|view platform as a game changer in addressing this gap – awesome.
